Magda Wozniak

In practice, I specialize in pain therapy, diseases, and injuries related to the musculoskeletal system. I prepare individuals for surgical procedures and assist them in the postoperative period.

After life-changing events (read: becoming a mother), I was drawn to women’s health. I then explored the complexities of diastasis recti, pregnancy, postpartum exercise, and pelvic floor issues.

I hold a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and have over ten years of experience in the field. I also completed a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and have always been passionate about physical activity.

I am committed to continuous learning and regularly enhance my skills through training sessions across Europe. This holistic approach enables me to help people feel their best, guiding and supporting them on their journey to health and well-being.

In my personal life, I am in love with the mountains. In winter, I work as a skiing instructor in the Dolomites, and now I am exploring the charms of Austrian and German slopes on ski tours. During the summer, I hike in the mountains and attempt to acclimate to icy lake baths. In the evenings, I spend time with my son, read about psychology, meditate, and practice yoga.
